  • 500g frozen mixed berries
  • 200g frozen diced mango
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spread
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 75g California Walnuts, chopped
  • 25g oats
  • 2 tsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • Greek yoghurt or ice cream to serve

PREPARATION

  1. Place both frozen fruits in a large frying pan and heat gently for about 10 minutes until defrosted and warmed through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add the olive spread and honey and heat until just bubbling, stir in the California Walnuts, oats, flour and seeds and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  3. Divide the fruit between 4 small serving bowls and sprinkle over the crumble mix. Serve topped with Greek yoghurt or ice cream.

Cooks tip
Make double the crumble mix in advance and store in an airtight jar, great for sprinkling over ice cream, yoghurt or fruit salad.
